The Malevolence II destroyed the 3 Imperial-Is with their turbolasers and other weapons. Then the Ion Cannons fired and the 3 Imperial-Is were out of power. Then, the Malevolence II launched 15 Trade Federation droid bombers to hold off the TIEs headed towards their cruisers. The Malevolence II launched Super Battle Droid Rocket Troopers to hold off the Star Destroyers. The Imperial-I class Command Ship launched several TIE Fighters. The Malevolence II charged it's Ion Cannons while the Munificents held off the 3 Imperial-I class Star Destroyers. The Malevolence II and 2 Munificent-class star frigates left to destroy the Imperial Blockade of Naboo. Once the Malevolence II was finished, TF-1726 took it as his new flagship. The Malevolence II was being constructed at Mustafar by Repair droids and B2 Super Battle Droids. Since this was TF-1726's and TF's OOM Commander Battle Droid's cruiser, the Malevolence II is a Command Ship, Destroyer, Battleship, and a Battlecruiser. This made the Malevolence II more powerful during battles. The Malevolence 2 also carried more CIS Landing Crafts than a Subjugator-class heavy cruiser. The Malevolence II could carry Droid Fighter Clips to carry 144 Vulture Droids and 48 Hyena Bombers. The Malevolence 2 has a unknown umber of hangars since it is a large cruiser.

B1 Battle Droids and B2-HAs would be walking around in the hallways on patrol. The Malevolence 2 also has Rail Jet transportation to get to the other side of the ship since it was a long cruiser. The Malevolence II has several hallways similar to the Lucrehulk-class battleship.

The Malevolence 2 didn't have have a chair for Zan Radek or TF. The Malevolence II's control bridge has 14 Driver Battle Droids driving the ship and at least one OOM Commander Battle Droid commanding them if TF-1726 or TF's OOM Commander Battle Droid wasn't their. The Malevolence 2's Control Tower is in the back of the ship much like the Providence-class carrier/destroyer. TF-1726's OOM Commander added 700 Quad turbolasers onboard the Malevolence 2 because that was his favorite CIS warship.

The Malevolence 2 had one upgrade to the weapon systems. The Malevolence II has many weapons just like a regular Subjuagtor-class heavy cruiser.
